  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or custom-made are not eligible for refund.

💸 Refund Method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
